The 2014-2015 lecture series
Signal/Noise investigates how design confronts and responds to the current hyper-abundance of information in the world. To what extent does this bombardment of information (“Noise”) carry meaningful “Signals”? When clamorous complexity abounds, what is the role of simple silence?
SIGNAL/NOISE lectures will be on the following days:
- Monday in Anchorage
- Tuesday in Fairbanks
- Wednesday in Juneau
