Often considered Finland’s most important designer, Harri Koskinen’s design work spans exhibit, personal and public space, product, lighting, furniture, textile and architecture. His biography points to participation in a design challenge from which he gained initial recognition and accolades, and the resulting design (Block Lamp) is the design he is still best known for.
