First POLAR SHIFT lecture on February 4-6: David Buckland

ADF’s POLAR SHIFT lecture season kicks off with artist David Buckland (Dorset, England). Buckland is an artist and the founder/director of the international Cape Farewell project. Through Cape Farewell, over 300 artists and scientists have combined to focus their creative endeavors to address the climate change challenge.

Buckland has had numerous solo exhibitions including the Pompidou Centre in Paris, The National Portrait gallery in London and the Espace Photographie. He has produced two films and created ‘lens based’ installations exhibited internationally.
