Jakob Trollbäck is an acknowledged industry leader in both branding and motion graphic design. His firm, Trollback + Company, is an award winning studio focused on communicating ideas and engaging audiences across multiple platforms. His work has been featured in New York Times, Boards Magazine, Creativity and Print Magazine.
Trollbäck + Company has received dozens of creative-industry awards including those from the Primetime Emmy Awards, AICP, Art Directors Club, PromaxBDA, British D&AD, Communication Arts Design Annual, The One Show and Type Directors Club.
A self-taught designer from Sweden, Trollbäck began his artistic career as a DJ in his native Stockholm. He serves on the board of directors at the Art Directors Club, as an adviser for the World Science Festival, as a trustee at the Brooklyn Academy of Music and most recently he became a PromaxBDA board member.
